Block 11 – Akh

Riding through a city on a bicycle is an interesting experience. In fact you are in a middle position, faster then pedestrians, slower then cars (or other motorized vehicles). You could look at that as a no man’s land, no party is genuinely interested in you. Not even other cyclists, unless you bike together.

Having Akh as one of our protagonists in the 250 Miles Crossing Philadelphia project is special, and not only because during his ride the words he speaks prove to be ominous to his own disadvantage…. He is able to create a dome of words around his ride, permanently infiltrated by and leaving windows for the ambient noise of the streets he passes.
